You will meet the Campini people and learn firsthand about their culinary secrets and traditions to include; home-made pastas, fresh farmhouse cheeses such as the regions most famous, mozzarella di bufala, Neapolitan pizza and “limoncello” liqueur.
For the wine lovers there are superb wines being produced in this region. You will travel to hillside vineyards and meet some of Italy’s most prolific wine producers, famous for their sun-kissed reds and floral white wines, tastings included!
Finally at the end of each day expect amazing meals and superb wine with friends overlooking the world’s most stunning coastlines.
